Windows sometimes blocks things from working correctly when they are installed there. Your problem may be that it is installed in the Program Files x86 folder.

I did have that happen, but the 'fix' button was greyed out.

I ran into the same when I moved fallout 4 to my second drive was running out of room on C. Actually when vortex gave that you should have been able to simply tell it to fix the issue and it would have moved the mods over to the same drive as the game. So im guessing there is still an underlying game data path issues. The message dissappeared but still no bodyslide files. I gave it permissions and tried it again. Also backup your saves and try a new game from inside the vault door, just as a troubleshooting step. Now Vortex isnt making a fuss about anything but when i boot up FO4 still none of my mods are loaded in. I moved it over to the C: Drive, as well as moving the mod staging folder via Vortex.
